Crows (Karous) has not been announced as a Dreamcast release. It's currently only a NAOMI arcade game and there's been quite a few NAOMI games that would have made great Dreamcast ports, but didn't get released, so it's anything but a sure thing. It's certainly a possibility, though. Maybe even a go...

As Juan suggested, some of the DC Evolution releases are definitely a good place to start, though the majority of their releases are Beats Of Rage based. Dream Selection Vol. 1 has most of the good earlier Dreamcast homebrews on it, though, and the Tetris 2 Overclocked and DC Squares Cubed images ar...

Good god, that must have been incredibly hard. From my own experience, I know how small lies to cover over what you expect to be a temporary situation can escalate and get out of hand especially when the inital situation only gets worse instead of better like you'd hoped. So I can't say I blame you ...

Anyway, if anyone still thinks beeing progressive/democratic/communist also means beeing pro-Al-Qaida/pro-Jihad, have fun with this. If you think being anti-Bush/anti-Cheney/anti-Imperialist War Mongerer also means being pro-Al-Qaida/pro-Jihad, then you're the one making the false associations. Now...

You don't insert the blank CD in your Dreamcast, you insert it in your computer. Then you burn a homebrew game to it and *THEN* you put it in the Dreamcast and see if it works. Try getting a game from here: http://dreamcast.dcemu.co.uk/cgi-bin/cfiles.cgi?0,0,0,0,1 I recommend Alice Dreams, dRxLax (m...

Wow, I like this new database a lot. Real simple and streamlined and best of all attempting to be comprehensive (I do already see a few things that aren't on there; I'll compare the list there to what's on my super-duper Dream Inducer compilation when I get a chance and see what all I know of that's...

I haven't actually tried NesterDC SE, but from the comments I've read, it sounds like it should be fairly easy to modify the database to include any and/or all games. Either for Scherzo or whoever is hosting it or for the enduser after they've downloaded everything. It's all just in XML, right? You ...

Maybe you can tell me how that is treating the customers unfairly, as I honestly don't see how I can be more fair than I already have been through this whole ordeal. I think everyone--especially you yourself--would just be a lot happier if you came out and admitted that you never did manage to put ...

Actually, that info has been out for some time. It is actually a prototype for the dreamcast controller, along with all the other concept designs shown in the first picture. Well, the picture has been around for some time, but the info is new on me and false as far as I know. The controller picture...

thanks for your replies, but the real question is this, is there a lag between the controller and the output to the TV with the VGA setup like i have read about with the xbox 360 and PS2 when hooked up to these high def widescreen TVs. You see, these Tv's with there native resolution different than...

Like APE said, while the sequel to NiGHTS was supposedly going to use some sort of gyroscopic motion sensing controller, the game was intended for the Saturn. I've never heard of it being planned for the Dreamcast. And certainly not with that controller, which as far as I know wasn't suposed to have...

It's really utter nonsense, which is why I always suggest that people not worry so much about legality and think instead about morality. I agree with that. Unfortunately, you can't really ignore legality when you're working on a public project. And apparently the people on this board can't ignore i...

I think what someone said in this thread back in 2004 is right on the money when it comes to projects like these. They're probably illegal to make, but once made legal for the creator to distribute in a patch form that contains no original code, legal for an end-user to download, but most likely ill...

Is DC Stunt Racer even alive? It doesn't seem to have been updated since September of 2003.. Hm, seems more like Summer 2005 to me  L@Cible is still around btw: http://openbor.net/phpBB/viewtopic.php?t=168 Yeah, but somehow I still get the feeling that the project is more or less abandoned, w...

Yeah, it seems pretty unlikely that Sony would have used any actual Bleem! code in a Playstation emulator for the PSP, even if they do own the source code as I so eloquently argued los those many years ago when I posted the message quoted here. It really would have been easier for a company of their...
