Fixed it by renaming the file correctly, the link in the DCKB now works.

The link for the Rom Selecter is broken purely because of the letter 'o' being in the url and the letter 'e' being in the file name (different countries - different spelling), it'll be fixed asap, in the meantime - here's the tool: http://dcevolution.net/DCHelp/downloads/tools/Wowpack_rom_selector.z...

The original BoR binary can be hex-edited to load multiple PAKs, the ones I made are in IMR's BoR loader SBI at Sbiffy, it's a pretty poor way loading mods though and the SBI will only load 4 PAKs. There's also the Fenix loader package I threw together with the original BoR binary, that'll load 9 PA...

Great stuff, I've tried only the Double Dragon mod so far, and it felt great, I'm going to try the other mods as well when I finally get the time for it. I was pleasantly surprised by the menu and everything, it looked great! But one question: Does it automatically select 60Hz for pal? Or am I supp...

The BASS plain files from DC Evolution won't work as an SBI for you, they were created as a stand alone image, however they will work if you alter some file paths etc. (you'd need to know about altering Dream Inducer files). If you really want to make an SBI for BASS, your best bet would be to downl...

I just like DVD cases because they're not as brittle. Have you seen the cases the PAL DC games came in? They were insanely brittle. At least two of them we managed to break just by opening them for the first time. The little tabs that hold the front cover of the case on just snap right off, no matt...

I seem to remember reading way back about an idea behind making DC's so they wouldn't disc swap (Utopia boot CD I presume), it may be that the switch was intended to reset the DC when you removed the boot disc. Maybe SEGA did try such an anti-piracy measure, but canned it (all anyone would have to d...

From Curt Grymala's newspost: DCHelp , in conjunction with DC Evolution , is proud to announce a revolutionary development in the world of Beats of Rage. The staff at DC Evo has figured out a way to boot Beats of Rage through Dream Inducer, making the creation of BOR SBI files possible. DCHelp is no...

What's the point in replacing the GDRom drive to play backups - you'll end up doing the same thing again and again, just replace the unit and play original games, the unit will last longer.

Tested and fully working with NesterDC V6 (1,000 roms, full genie pack - Dir2boot created image):

Boot emu, select game, start game.
press X+R
press A
select dir, press A
select code, press START
press X+R (again)
press Y

There's no guarantee that all codes work with all rom dumps.
