I read that cartoon a little differently - not as saying that the Americans are just like Nazis in general, but that atrocity can wear any uniform and fly any flag. That being said, isn't this thread supposed to be for funny pictures?

you could consider it irony or satire, which are both still funny in a wayEx-Cyber wrote:I read that cartoon a little differently - not as saying that the Americans are just like Nazis in general, but that atrocity can wear any uniform and fly any flag. I think that takes second place for me. Let's see:That has to be the worst political cartoon I've ever seen.
- "God" looks like a department store Santa Claus. If you're going to invoke God as an authority, shouldn't he look a little more godly?
- God is insufficiently omniscient to notice Republicans, Independents, Libertarians, and others who advocate church-state separation.
- Evidently, government deciding policies for its own facilities while allowing churches to decide their own policies for their own facilities is infuriatingly hypocritical. Must be God's divine logic being beyond the bounds of mortal minds.
- As some Slastdotter or Kurobot once noted in his/her sig (Google didn't turn it up or I'd happily attribute): Yahweh is not an old man who sits in the sky throwing lightning bolts at people he doesn't like; that's Zeus. Get your religions straight.
Anyway, in a feeble attempt to do something useful for the thread:

The closing tag should be [/img], with the foward slash in there. And your sig doesn't work because it doesn't actually give a location for the file, plus there's a space at the start which probably shouldn't be there.
