Currently am playing Shenmue on nullDC emulator with PS3 SIXAXIS controller. Left stick for movement, right stick for looking around.
The looking around is awful. Was this normal in original Dreamcast Shenmue game, or do I need to configure/tweak nullDC better

Re: Shenmue emulated
It was pretty awful in the original Dreamcast game to be honest haha
Keep in mind it wasn't really meant to be the same kind of camera control as in modern games. It was more of a "stop and look at your surroundings" kind of thing.

It's thinking...

Re: Shenmue emulated
It was normal. Dreamcast didn't have a right-stick so there wasn't a way to freely look around.
I'm replaying Banjo Kazooie with my daughter at the moment and running into the same issue. Amazing how much we take a freely rotating camera for granted these days. Back in 2000 such a thing was definitely not the norm.
