What I ment was the M3 does it ALL.

The Super Card would be it's runner up, as it does it all but play GBA...

...not so sure about video quality either.

The M2 does quite a bit, and only costs $20, but alas does far from it all.

Only pick up the M3 if you absolutly MUST run commercial GBA roms from the Flash Disk. Otherwise a Super Card should do you fine.

MY DS was a release model.

Yep M3 seems to be the way to go. I flashed my DS with little hassel. The only part that gave me crap was that some of the software in the tutorial was out of dated and had a bug which kept me from getting anything flashed. Upon finding the updated software things went quickly and I was done before ...

I was low on cash this week so still no M3, but...

...I'm forcing the screws on my DS with a VERY small flat head screw driver...

...it's almost open, then onto FlashMe, after that, I'll let you know how things go with that and my M2.

I don't think anyone has bothered to translate ANY 3DO titles yet, though I could be wrong.

That might change though once this emu runs full speed.

ya the main problems come from disc loading, and or the change of a song in the sound track, those give temporary hangs, other than that things are sounding grand for the DC.

From the way it sounds games like Return Fire should'n't have any issues.

Ya, if you are not going to play GBA at all, I'd definatly say it is the MUST HAVE bang for the buck!

I signed up on the SC forums and they told me all about the GBA issues, which for me is a big fat NO! The G6 they say is misleading, because if you buy a 1Gb cart, you are actually only getting 256k, etc. It's highly compatable, but over priced and not much room. The M3 (GBAMP v3) on the other hand ...

What is the name of the technolgy the DS using for scaling? For some reason, unlike the SNES, when someting zooms in, it doesn't look grainy at all to me, with the exception of walls, but models look great!

I wonder if there would be a way to dis-able background musick and the like...

...who needs it anyhow. :)

Either way, most games on the 3DO do not require quick reflexes or anything, most are interactive movies and the like so it shouldn't be a big deal.

Ok so the Super Card is bug free now, does it handle Fat32 support, and also does it support CF cards or just the SD cards? And I can run ANY homebrew aside of Linux too? ---edit---- And does it play ALL titles with NO and I mean NO slow down? Also does it support CF flash cards up to version 3 or j...

The feature it adds that I like is the fact that it does not stick out of your unit. Seeing as I have a DS, it kind of makes it hard to carry it around in my pocket with the Movie Player sticking out... ...on a GBA what would work fine as a MP3 player, but on the DS it is awkward. I dunno, maybe I'l...

it's no big deal I guess, it only gets me all hyped about absolutly nothing. Minor damage. :)

Yes, now see the dumb thing is that they stated it would be out by Monday, yet they apparently already knew a lot of testing would need to be completed before a propper release, thus they already knew it would not come out on Monday (or Friday for that matter). Again, why is it that people who are s...

For musical purposes I prefer the original for it's retro sound chip: http://www.atariage.com/store/product_info.php?products_id=101 Also for those of you looking for a 2600 Flash cart of sorts... http://www.schells.com/cuttlecart.shtml So does the Flashback 2 use original Joysticks, or is it incomp...
