). Well a small little update. I now live in Fukuoka (which is in Kyushu, one of the main islands). im a bit farther from tokyo than i would like (about 550 miles) but ive been there twice so far.
I have a small apartment with a roommate, her name is Chie. shes really nice, but really quiet, we get along.
I teach english at fukuoka international school, which is fairly close to my place, and there is easy transportation there. its a rather small school, and somewhat of an expensive one, with some business execs and other higher people sending their kids there. its pretyt much like the equivalent of a private school here.
i havent been out much, but theres a nice underground arcade about 25 minutes away, where i spend most of my free time (when im not running up the phone bill at home with kevin)
but other than that, its been rather fun. still no internet yet, dial up a month is somewhere around 50-60 dollars usd. cant afford that yet, although ill probl head down to the cafe and get a free j-mail address. so at least some people can e-mail me.
