how i activate the irc client in the dc browser?

I could make up a title for that, with a bunch of screens of sonic's games, and
big text in the front saying "Sonic Smashpack" or something, and a picture of Sonic
next to it, like the one on the Sonic 1 cover. Just an idea.

Will just burning it as a data cd work? I only have 2 cds left, and i can't find sbinducer.
