how do i activate...

Which one? DP o PlanetWeb? Because from what I've heard, the IRC in DP will probably never work, and the one inside PlanetWeb is a peice of crap.
Need a Treamcast, Dreamcast modchip, HUGE DC memory card, ASCII-like DC fighter pad, or Saturn Gameshark with tons of backup memory? PM me.

The DP's irc client does work, however its a pain in the ass compared to planetwebs irc client.
