Back when cartridges were used, some of the games would cost $70 or $80. Dreamcast is the easiest system to warez. You say back then games cost $70 but what do you say if i say new games cost exact same price $70 even today? Yes Nintendo said using cartridges makes their games cost so much. Today G...

Uhhh yeah it will. Games would cost less with less piracy, and companies can more easily go out of business. Don't you remember Companies are greedy, awfully greedy. They say this because some blue eye people believe in them... :? Music Industry had to lower their greed level because of MP3's and o...

Well, to show some of the other side of the coin I find it disheartening that the DreamSNES team doesn't even post any news, let alone releases. Is that too much to ask? Exactly. Fans love their idols and stuff. As long as the idol is nice for fans, that is. DSnes team has turned their backs on fan...

BlackAura wrote:The rom listing works more like NesterDC. My list (120 ROMs or so) takes less than a second to load, even though it's stored over about thirty sessions.

The romlist has a page up/down too (press left/right). It's a little quirky, but it works.
Gooooooood! :D

Oh my god...zipped rom support is important in snes & genesis emulators because roms are so big. No, it isn't important at all IMO. Well if it takes much resources to make it then it's to bypass it. But if there is time and developers think what next then Zip support is one of the first to come...

By they way what kind of romlisting is used in Genesis+? Is it like in nesterdc or like in dreamsnes? I hope it's like nesterdc because it hell fast and ZAP those rom names are there. no extra loading they are just there in after 0.5 seconds. Dreamsnes loads, loads and it is stupid to show 2 pages o...

Oh my god...zipped rom support is important in snes & genesis emulators because roms are so big. You can fit almost all USA snes roms to 1 cd if they are zipped

Rygar or Gyruss kinda sucks. Can anyone confirm that these don't work in 7.1? Or that any of them DO work in 7.0? --Zero Odd list of games for me but Tiny toons adventure 2 works on 6. Few others too but i haven't ever heard of majority of those gamenames. Rygar works on NesterDC 6 too. You should ...

I didn't realize it had a sequel.
Sequel name is Ghoul Patrol. Why not just Zombies 2 so everyone could have realize it is a sequel to a great game Zombies :?

Whoa this is very nice news indeed! It seems amazing to be a first public release of Genesis+.

Btw how it possible to have zipped rom support in Genesis roms but not in Dreamsnes? Isn't those roms pretty much same size? :?:

Good job BlackAura thx

Even though N64 emulation someday really worked on DC it is no good. N64 absolutely needs it's own controller, it's so unique and different. Games are made for that silly controller :)

Don't you think it is strange to even say that new consoles with proper care last like 3-5 years? Maybe i live in the past but i expect console to last at least my lifetime. I got NES 11 years ago and it still works 100%, only joypads are very poor working but console itself works like a charm. I th...

Re: Realistic upgrades to Dreamsnes

If Dreamsnes does get faster it wont be by much and it wont happen soon.I Zip rom support - It can be done on the DC, DCmame has proved this.Like a lot of people i would love to be able to cram as many roms on 1 cd as possible. Dreamsnes will be faster and i believe in next version. Although next v...
