What video resolution and bitrates can dcplaya 2.0 handle?

and adding to that: could some do a good settings file for virtua dub we can use so we get highest quality possible without desync or other issues on dcplaya 2.0 ? would be great if we had a lttile package with the right codecs and Virtua dub settings
