Which 8-bit nes game would you like to see Nintendo re-port to the gba sp...From what I have heard, Nintendo is porting Super Mario Bros. the lost worlds, a title that aside from being on super mario all-stars, has only been available in Japan, where it was called Super Mario Bros. 2....
Or are you tired of Nintendo doing the same reporting ofold nes games, and want them to kame more innovative games. Or should they drop the gba sp and focus on the ds...

Interesting that you mentioned Gyromite. I haven't done this, but I was researching on the net, and back in the day, Nintendo had a shortage of certain chips early on, so they used famicom chips distingushed by heavier than usual carts. And one can hack up the famicom chip to play import games on the nes...Very Nice!GyroVorbis wrote:GYROMITE!!!!!111111111oneoneone
My second choice would be the MM series.

This is true. I have opened and retrieved 3 gyromite famicom-->NES converters. I hear they were also in some excite bike carts. I only open gyromite though.Smiley wrote:Interesting that you mentioned Gyromite. As I said in many other forums before, there's a reason why Nintendo is porting its old games to the GBA. Can you guess a possible reason? I can.
Nintendo has figured out that people still enjoy playing old games, but on newer systems. Now, what on Earth gave them that idea?
If you were in Nintendo's....uhh shoes, you would've done the same thing.

But Nintendo has rebadged thos eold mario nes games more times than I care to count...and don't u think that Nintendo is alienating those gamers who wany something new and innovative...IMO, it seems that the only purpose the sp has served has been for Nintendo to re-port old nes games until the ds launched....compacho wrote:As I said in many other forums before, there's a reason why Nintendo is porting its old games to the GBA. Nintendo are re-releasing games because they can make, *gasp*, a profit! They found a highly profitable niche and they are going to keep at it until the consumers stop buying the games. It's simple supply and demand folks, they are going to charge what people will pay for the game and not a penny less.
