Best ODD Game youve ever played

Its simple, name a gamethat was different at the time it came out and why you like it. Ill start!

Mines would have to be Brave Fencer Musashi for the PSX. Its a really fun and addictive game, not to mention that it uses a life-like time system, where you sleep during the night (to regain health, you dont have to though, you can stay up late and battle some zombies) and kick butt during the day. also the Assimalation feature was really cool, I mean, who wouldnt wanna absorb your enemies through your sword, and then use their own powers against them. It also makes for fun when solving the numerous puzzles in the game. Im not too sure wh, and have yet to find another. This game is really great, and if you have at the story was, cause I accidentaly sold my copy a long time agoa psx or ps2 i suggest you go buy this game just to give it a trial run. Its a great game!

PS: or you can wait till Hairybudda finishes his PSX emu for DC and then play it on that, either way, its a great game.

"Tondemo Crisis!" aka "Incredible Crisis!"

Boy was i laffing when i played that game. It had all these mini games (kinda like Bishi Bashi Special type of games), it also had this wierd story about this family. One of the funniest and odd games i ever played.

I think lemmings has to be the best 'odd concept' game I've played...

although thinking about it Crazy Taxi is damn odd - how many Taxi drivers do *you* know who make money by being fast rather than taking the scenic route and leaving the meter running....

I think the best wierd game i ever played was Brave fire fighters (is that what its called?) by sega in the arcade
it was like a light gun game only you had a hose and you put out fires and instead of an ammo gauge you had a water pressure gague and if that ran out you had to wait a long time for it to build up (not really a long time only like 5 secs but in a timed game thats a lot)
its just one awsome game too bad it was never releasd on dc( im not sure why it wasnt consideing that it was naomi based and i dont think there was a naomi game tht wasnt released on dc other than this one of course

According to the UK Official DC Magazine it was suppose to be coming out. It was to be on a disc also containing the Naomi games Jambo Safari and Emergency Call Ambulance.

It is a shame it was never released because I loved JS & ECA in the arcades.

I also played Brave Firefighters, but thought it was the weakest of the 3 games.

Also wasn't The Lost World a Naomi game, or was that Model 2/3?

Lost World was model 3, that not being on dc was pretty much my biggest dc-related disppointment.

Well I've just looked on http://www.system16.com and they claim the following;

Emergency Call Ambulance - Model 3 step 2.1
Jambo! Safari - Naomi
Brave Firefighters - Hikaru

Now if only someone could make a playable Model 3 emulator (for PC obviously), there are so many great games that have not had a home conversion
