Resident Evil 2 & 3 - Chankast Issue

I've heard Dreamcast had the versions of these games with the highest quality textures and would love to play them through an emulator.

Has anyone been able to get either of these two games to run and Chankast?

Have you tried the PC version I suppose they would be the same.
