The only way i got ours to kind of stop is to lock it in the bathroom with his litter/food. And it only kinda stopped him because even though he doesnt attack the feet anymore, about once a week he'll wake us up by rubbing against and laying across our faces at about 7am.

Kick it and yell at it while it does it, not before or after because he/she won't know what the punishment is for. The thing that sucks though it's a kitten so it is going to do it for awhile. And be glad your cat only did it once a week, one of my cats does it EVERY MORNING at 6:45. Not 6:43 or 6:46, 6:45 every morning. Honestly I didn't use an alarm clock for a few days because he was always on time.
