ip.bin needed

I need to know where can I download a ip.bin file cause it's needed for viewtopic.php?f=41&t=16932 but that download link is broken. And somebody please tell me if the TMNT game supports 4 player and runs well.

  Using MAME4All the game will have 4 player support.
• Use BootDreams and it will create an IP.BIN for you. Otherwise you could as well use one from most other homebrew (given the name of the executable is 1ST_READ.BIN).
