does anybody know a site that has free software and tutorials to make snes or nes roms? if so can u post them because i want to make a game on the dc but i don't understand how to do it and this ight be easier. thanx

Well, theres an English Translation for that SNES RPG maker 'game' which I *suppose* you could somehow use in DreamSNES, then give away your save game to people.... but its not quite 'making' a SNES / NES Rom...

And you can hack NES Roms with different levels / sprites / music etc so I guess you could do that... but I dont think there are any tutorials on making actual NES / SNES games...

I had once found a Zelda game editor, but you would have to really play with it in order to figure it out. It looks more complicated then it was worth.
