is it worth installing OSX over 9.2 at work?

ive got two G4's and we bought OSX, and installed it on one, but i use photoshop and quark all day, it seems that in OSX i have to load classic mode to run them anyways, so is there any pros over 9.2 that would be useful to me?
i also have LAN with pc's and macs and servers all with different OS's too - maybe OSX is good for that?

A big pro is that 99% of software is on OS 9? :/ So do what you want.

bugs? holy shit are there, i just upped from 9.1 to 9.2 and now toast wont see my zip drive and the sound cuts out every minute?! pile of shite!!!!
