Game engines?

Is there a game engine for dreamcast? By game engine I mean something like UDK, Unity 3D, CryEngine not a rendering engine like ORGE3D.

I heard of Fenix Engine, but looks like it's only for 2D and not supported anymore (not sure on the last pint, you better checkout).
About Game engines giving the capability to act in 3d, nah, didn't heard of 'em.
How do I try to build a Dreamcast toolchain:

If you want to do some sort of Doom-like game, you can look at the recent release of Dream3dge (a very nice engine btw!).

Seems that has a dual license: BSD and GNU GPLv2. So, if using BSD one, it can be use for commercial use (ie. Scourge and Hypertension will be commercial products and using a newer version of this engine).
