I have a little questions about the NeoGeo CD in general... why do you need an extra NeoGeo BIOS file? And why don't for e.g. the Genesis or SNES? This makes it almost impossible to add the emulator on a professional pressed CD like a demo disc. And isn't there a free BIOS file out there which does...

NOFX is miles away from old school punk like it was in the early to the late 80s. The 3DO was / is a really cool system in my opinion, the very first generation of 32-Bit games... games like Need For Speed, Road Rash or Gex 3D came out on the 3DO first before the Saturn or PSX. Not to forget Wing Commander III, Theme Park and others.
