This place is still around; unreal. Brings back memories.
Anyway, listening to Lost in the Dream by The War on Drugs. Awesome album; laid back and almost Pink Floyd-esque. Thought I'd mention it since some of you have been listening to the new album.

Re: Quality of Dell Computers
A few years ago I had a third generation XPS desktop. It was pretty good, aside from the tower being huge and the fans noisy as hell. In fact, I've built my current PC using many of the parts from that machine including the processor, video card, sound card, RAM, and hard drive and they haven't give...

Re: US PSO V2 == Coaster?
I updated my PSO guide just the other day finally with info on this. A few months back sega finally shut down the HL server, so yes, PSOv2 is a coaster. Though not all is lost. You can use PALv2 if you have one. If not PM me as two groups have ripped it, FINALLY, and that is the only v2 that works ...

Re: Massive Xbox 360 problem. Please help.
Just out of curiosity, why does the RRoD occur? I remember Microsoft saying it was an inherent flaw in every 360, but what is that flaw? warped mobo (which is the root of all evil with xbox 360 hardware problems) The excessive heat it generates causes the motherboard to warp, made worse by the shit...

Don't void your warranty unless it is already gone. The towel trick will at best only prolong the inevitable (red rings). The each time you do the towel trick, it will be harder to do next time. If you're not getting the 3 red lights on a regular basis yet, then by all means go ahead with the towel ...

Re: The Dark Knight (possible spoilers ahead)
I saw it last night and loved it. Heath Ledger did an amazing job as the Joker, the movie is everything everyone is saying it is. One thing I found funny though was how when Bruce Wayne is in his batman costume, there was a scene where he is speaking to Lucious Fox, but in his raspy voice. Lucious F...

Re: Transferring files with a BBA
Hmm, it seems I can't edit my post, oh well hopefully a mod will merge this for me.
I forgot to mention that the Dreamcast and PC are connected through a router and just a regular ethernet cable (to be honest I'm not sure if it's a crossover or straight through, this might be trivial anyways).

Transferring files with a BBA
I was recently fortunate enough to get a BBA, and I've been having a blast playing PSO online. Anyways, another important reason why I got it was for homebrew purposes (running it and transferring save files). I can't for the life of my figure out how to transfer my gamesaves to my PC. I'm using Spe...
