Probabality of X360 getting backward compatablility upgrade?

It has been years since they did an upgrade, and several games which are exclusive to X-Box are not on that list such as Crazy Taxi 3, Gun Valkyrie etc.

Never. They announced somewhere awhile back that they're done with the BC. Time to pick up a cheap Xbox.

The only way that you may see any sort of new backwards compatibility update is if they add a game to Xbox Classics and make you pay for it.

all the games that are apart of xbox originals are already BC.

If they add it to the X-Box classic that means the image profile has been emulated so they could just add it to the list so that those who own it will play it via disk and those who don't can simply download it.

I read at BlueGuerilla that MS has one more game for download and that service is no more. So you would assume that's the same with BC as that hasn't had an update in god knows how long.

"Xbox Originals" is the name of the games that are available for download over xbox live. If they are on that service they are already on the BC list. I know that not all original xbox games are BC.
