XBL- video market place, disorganization and not much there

Just a question for those of you who have been on the 360 scene for awhile.

Much of the xbox video market place, especially when it comes to tv, movies, etc seems pretty sparse and disorganized to me. Example: if you go to the video market place, a big picture icon might highlight that episode 1 of season 2 of Supernatural can be downloaded (and you can if you hit that) yet if I go to the CW network area, it says there is nothing to download. Something like that doesn't appear under the sci-fi/fantasy catagory either. I'm also suprised that other episodes for the season aren't anywhere to be found either.

I've noticed the same things with movies too (many catagories are empty, don't show much, etc). Is this area still in it's infancy for MS with a long ways to go or perhaps this has something to do with only having a silver account?
