Some help please
I dont know whats wrong i made Motaro but when does his punch he dosent his the player what could be wrong?

You should prob post at the senile forums or OpenBOR.net if you want modding help.
If not, you should post your character .txt file, otherwise there's no way in hell anyone will know why it doesn't work.
I would assume you have set your bbox wrong on your player or your attack box wrong on your character (if you've set them).
As a last ditch result, you could upload your zipped "data" folder onto megaupload and hope someone will have a look at it for you, but make sure you take out any extra music, no one wants to download 200MB when they can download 10mb

Look at this
it's says to do this.
The offset is depicted here as a white pixel. This pixel is only here to demonstrate the offset point. Do not put a pixel in the actual frame!
An easy way to find the coordinates in Photoshop is to look at the info box
but my numbers come up way to big like this
x 2.097 y 2.250 w 0.833 1.833
