DCFactory will unzip them for you if I remember right. I never bothered to used DCFactory but once, so I'm no expert.

WinACE, WinRAR and PowerArchiver can all extract multiple files by just right clicking on selected files in explorer, or within the program itself.

ROM Zipper . Its easy to use and does exactly what you want.
