My house isn't in New Orleans but I go there all the time. I was there every day for work over the summer, etc.

Doesn't matter. You already showed that you know as much about New Orleans as the rest when you said uptown is the rich white part. Now fall back. Next, thing you know, darc is gonna say the Magnolia projects isn't even in New Orleans. Let me guess, it's in downtown, right?

It varies. Most of the facing properties on all the main streets of uptown are upperclass, but usually fall into lowerclass property once you go a few blocks deep. St Charles and Napoleon for instance. My ex girlfriend lived uptown so I was up there a lot and know it well.
