Is it true that CD-Rs can wear out a dreamcast faster?

Maybe not since I had a friend that played nothing but burned games in his, and his seemed fine.

This question has been asked at least a million times on these forums, Do a quick search and you will find your answer.

Also if you want to discuss back ups/warez then you can't do it on these forums sorry.

CD-Rs with copied games will wear out your Dreamcast faster than legit GDs will.

Emulators and homebrew games will have no effect on your drive.

We do not allow the discussion of copied games here, and this thread is locked.
