What would you do if you won a multi-million dollar jackpot in the lottery? Personally I'd pay off all of my debts, move to Europe, invest the rest and live off of the interest.

Pay off debts, drop out of school, travel for a bit, and invest so I could live off of it.

Though I doubt I'd actually stop doing a lot of the things that I normally do anyway.

No, wait, I'd buy 1 MP3 from each of the major labels. You know, to spread out the wealth to the RIAA

buy a house big enough to hold every electronic gizmo i could think of and then buy all those gizmos. and of course id need a good internet connection for most of it. an oc128 should work well.

I would probably buy a car for everyone in my family that they wanted. Buy a new house for parents, one for brother, one for me of course, one for grandparents in Sudan and probably give some to charity. The rest, VIDEO GAMES!

I would actually bid on one of those insane game console Ebay auctions. Then I would build a house, dedicate a room to all the consoles, get a projector and a screen, and then hire a video specialist to hook all of the consoles up to the TV at once and have them all be controlled by a single remote and one of those sweet Logitech wireless Playstation 2 controllers. Yeah, then I would put the rest in an account and finish school.

get about 10 new comps, so that way when friends came over they could just use my rigs and for my friends who don't have comps but love to bum my comp to play doom3 -.-; and one for my fiancee as well.

the andorra thing ive seriously put a lot of thought into. it wouldnt be too hard to own a large percentage of the entire country, and from there I would get all my buddies to live there with me, and get myself and them voted into positions of power.

Honestly:

Buy a nice house
Buy 2 nice car's (one for me, one for the wife)
Help my parents pay off there house, as well as get a few years ahead on there bills
Travel
Quite Work
Buy a building in the busiest section of town
Take said building and start up a pc repair / build company.

Theres probably quite a few other things i would do, but those are the ones that come to my mind first.
