Yaaaaaaaaay! HAPPY 5TH BIRTHDAY, US DC!!
Agreed that the Japanese birthday (which is I suppose the technical "actual" birthday) is pretty much the most important one for a number of reasons; But, 9/9/99 is much easier to remember (I still get the Japanese release date mixed up sometimes... "23? 21? 17?") and I would argue that the Dreamcast is certainly "living on" in the US (and many other places) in various ways... Commercial releases like Baldr Force EXE count for something, but then, so do games like Inhabitants and Maqiupai.
Both dates are important to me... Since I was in the US at the time, and I am now, I wouldn't dream of passing today off for November 27th (no pun intended, really!)... But, I'm definitely looking forward to partying again in two months for the 6th birthday -- I mean, how cool is that?
Yea, Chainfist!
(It's a special occasion. Pardon my excessive use of emoticons!)

well who even plays there dreamcast anymore I play it currently on once a week scale cauz I have studies and setting it all up and is a little time consuming and I like doing simultaneous stuff so I am more on the pc (just gta) but over weekends and I include friday as one I jam on my dc and increase game library monthly
so due to studies playing games have been jogged down to weekly rather than daly but then again that is for all except pc and even in gta I just ride the bke for 15 mins and go 2 sleep so it is nice and easy
how about you guys you are celebrating the birthday but are you actually celebrating it the way it should be ....
