I'm about 6'2" and my ideal weight for my height/body structure is 90kg.
I have no idea what I am though because
1) I don't have any scales
2) I have lost a lot of weight since I last weighed myself, which was well over a year ago

I wiegh 190lbs but I work out a lot so I guess some of it is muscle. I tend to gain wieght in summer and lose it back again during school

i'm 6"4' (ish, i always say i'm 6"3.5' as it depends on the day) and weigh about 75kg which means my BMI is just under 20 (apparently that's underweight) despite what i eat and how much i go to the gym (which is quite a bit at the moment).

I said body structure too.
I looked it up in a chart. I have broad shoulders
It may have been 85 or so...
but around 90.
But as I said, for my height and body structure the chart said that figure.
If I had a smaller frame, then it would, obviously, be less.

Im 5'11 and about 12 stone id like to get down to 11 stone (maybe just under 10), i dont need to but id just feel bettter about myself if i was 11 Stone, I am doin somthing about it, so i guess i am getting down to 11!!!
