Don't you think it would be spiffy if they re-released Mario 1-3 and Super Mario World with models, 3d worlds, and such?

well if it was still a 2d game in a 3d world, with loads of extras. I don't fancy 3D games like l like 2D.

I think it would be a really good idea to make a disk with all 4 of those games with castlevania SOTN or newer megaman X type graphics

also there should be plenty of new features like more levels and surprises and maybe have toad and princess playable in all four levels

IF they did that they would just charge 50 bucks each for the games. Just like Mario Advance 2 for GBA. Other then being able to play luigi as well as mario it is practically the same as the one on Super Nintendo. Not worth spending 40 bucks if you ask me.

SR: Parappa The Rappa, some papparazzi game (Don't ask), 2D fighters and some Japanese games are all 2D...

Now, I find there is a place for 2D and 3D in this world nowadays. I love Mario 64, and I love Mario World. I love Sonic 3, and I love Sonic Adventure 2. I love Capcom Vs. SNK 2 and I love DOA2...

It's just that game publishers don't see it like that... (Especially PS2) It's like "real is better". Quite the same with the XBox at the moment.. Thats why everyone should have a Gamecube alongside their PS2 or XBox (or both) since it takes you away to a place thats not "photo realistic" but cute and cuddly, like games used to be
