Bleemcast Mgs gives me a black screen!

hi i have all bleemcasts Gt2 one works fine and so does the tekken3 one
but the Mgs gives me a black screen when i put my mgs copy inside!!!!!
what is the problem? i have a Usa version of Mgs and i also have a Pal dc? what should i do to fix the problem

it spins then theres no intro or anything it just freezez at a black screen..... unplayable

OK, first things first

Is the disc clean?

Is the DC laser clean?

How do other discs (BC, legit GD's, burned emulators) run RIGHT NOW?

Does the bcMGS disc look fucked up?

Does the bcMGS disc work on the DC of anyone else you know of?

I remember when I was fighting Psycho Mantis, sometimes during the battle I'd get a black screen with green letters in the top right corner reading "HIDEO".... No idea why tho...

I know why (spoilers ahead...)

SPOILERS:
The HIDEO screen is a gag placed there by the developers. Know how Psycho Mantis is supposed to "read your mind" (read the memory card)? Well one of the things he can supposedly "do" is fuck up your TV. On Sony brand TV's if you have a PSX plugged into the Video In port and you turn off the PSX the screen goes black and the word "VIDEO" in green letters appears on the top right corner. That was the effect that they were going for - that Psycho Mantis was causing your PSX/TV to blank out, but for an extra gag they used "HIDEO", the first name of the lead producer on the game.
