some good news. this means he won't be able to f*ck with the originals anymore.
My friends and I, yes I do have friends, are actually seeing it this weekend...So no one spoil it for me. Although, since the last prequel I saw was Episode 1, I imagine I will be pretty lost...Oh, well...

Well Lucas has sais he isnt goin to do anymore, but then again he did once claim to have a full plan for all the films (a full set of 3 trilogies) but its quite plain that it was made up as he went especially with the junking of the idea of trilogy 3. I say read the books set after Jedi as any more films would have to be based on some of them anyway unless he went into the old republic, an odd choice given the way things have gone so far, & all the books are official with the seal of approval. Besides the vong (probably spelt that wrong its been a while as my library is poop for gettin em in) war is far better than eps 1 & 2 were & surpass the original trilogy as well
It's funny how it has the official approval, but Lucas said at some point that the whole "Boba Fett is ALIVE!" thing in the books was just plain bull****.
Funny indeed, now if Fett had worn stormtrooper armour then maybe he woulda been dead

Dont bet on it, he'll just empty his colostomy bag over them if it gets to that point (or pay someone to tip it for him)
The Prisoner - Makes NGE's ending look almost intelligible.

I just finished watching it. Nothing surprised me about this movie. At least JarJar didn't talk. Looks like they went through a lot of trouble to ensure continuity, though I'm sure some could find problems.
I've seen one Star Wars movie. It was one of the most over-rated things I've ever seen. No, it was not one of the recent ones either.
The thing to understand about Star Wars is that it's more than a film series to a lot of people. The quality of the films is actually pretty mediocre apart from the effects, and unless you kind of "click" with the Star Wars mythos and/or are willing to just check your brain at the door and enjoy the action sequences, you probably won't enjoy them much.
That being said, I hope you didn't jump straight into Return of the Jedi...
