This one is questionable, but certainly plausible. I told them I'd ship it to any address, provided it was a confirmed address attached to the paying PayPal account.

I got a similar question on the original auction which also wanted estimated shipping cost to Manassas, Virginia. Dunno what is up with that one, but I don't have a merchant account, and even if I did I wouldn't just arbitrarily end the auction to sell it to this guy. Possibly a scammer, possibly someone with a stolen credit card. I have also received similar emails to this one on other auctions.

I wonder if it has something to do with Virginia's somewhat unique laws? There are a couple of international treaties I remember reading Virginia is exempt from for some reason (the only state which is), for example - I remember it came up in an international kidnapping case.
