Really cool! Anyone who has played it? Is it fun? The game looks great anyway. The menus look pretty darn proffesional! With some updated sprites on the DC version it will look fantastic!

As is Warlord, and the aforementioned Cool Herders. I also could have sworn that there was a 4-player Asteroids-type game somewhere, but I can't find it at the moment. The closest I've found is Spacewar, and that says it's only 2 players. I know that I've played a game like that with 2 other people (meaning that it supported at least 3 simultaneous players).MrSiggler wrote:SmashDC is 4 players...DcSteve wrote: Could be the 1st time we have a really fun 4 player homebrew in our hands.

Not having a GP32, I've never played this game. Does it play well? Intuitive and responsive controls are *everything* in a fighting game. From what I've read, it seems like it might be an interesting project...and I like the scriptability.
For DC titles, an incorporation of the original might be good. Perhaps something like Smash Hit!, or Gamepark Smash Arena.
And in regard to 4-player games, I seem to recall there being some sort of 4-way Tetris released a while back (though I could be mistaken). At any rate, I know for a fact there are a few projects in progress that will help expand the multiplayer library

You dont need a GP32... It was Origianlly released for the PC and then Ported to the GP32 by the maker and now seems to be comming to the DCDaMadFiddler wrote:Not having a GP32, I've never played this game.

Don't worry about it; it shouldn't be surprising to anyone that DcSteve is insulting someone's work.
It's thinking...

Do you mind giving a link? It doesn't say anything about other versions on his site, except the possibility of a DC port.Steve-O wrote:You dont need a GP32...
