Considering Nintendo didn't do it I Doubt it. The average Wii owner would not have a clue on what this is, let alone know how to set it up. Its doubtful Nintendo would offer any kind of support for it and therefore I can't see them implementing it into any of their games.

It is amazing though. I am tempted to try and do it.

I think the invitation to make games using this technology was based on the assumption that a company would produce proper hardware, not just link everyone to a Youtube video and tell them to make their own.

I wasn't asking for Nintendo to do it. I was hoping this technology might get implemented into FPSs for the PC.

To hell with owning a Wii. If I really wanted a party-only updated Gamecube console I'd pick one up.

Remember when Software firms actually included support for VR helmets? I remember Descent and Rise of the Triad supported them.
