I called him again today. This one is definitely better than yesterday's. I waited until just before 8:00pm Pacific Time. He's in England, so it was around 4:00am there. Needless to say, he wasn't happy to be talking to me.

Roofus, one thing: he was asking for driver's license, passport number, etc. It seems he's more interested in your documents than in your money. I bet he's collecting documents to send people into the US, so it may be a good idea to contact the federal authorities.
