Not too bad. I like them for beeing basic. The NeoGeoCD Template idea is nice 
What I would change is the ESRB logo, you could use a DIRB logo instead, like 1stvinicius used for his DCEvolution covers:

Also, the edges of the US NTSC Tabs could blend in much smoother.
