Well here is a banner I made for my clan, I am not great at photoshop by any means, and I do not think this looks all that great. I actually like it, and would like to know what you all think.
BTW the clan name is Re-Loaded

text is a little hard to read, and you should make those top and bottom borders a little larger, other than that it looks pretty good.

Besides of what Covar says, you could try keeping *the guy* within the borders without touching them (at least his head).
