NesterDC SE-like SMSPlus builder, can it be done?

Question pretty much says ti all. After seeing how great NesterDC SE's layout is, I was wondering if the same could be done with other emulators, namely SMSPlus.

Yes, it could be done. It would just need someone to actually do it.

Now that is something that I'd like to see. But I think that all of the devvers are pretty much taking a break lately. I mean, not much can be improved on the DC, as far as I'm concerned...

I would more classify it as "Stating the obvious". No, it wasn't intended to be sarcasm.
