no it has sound, just missing DAC sfx (voice to sega start up on sonic , Metal Slug voices) at least thats what iv been told by some beta testers.

But you can still find my unfinished and very incomplete compatibility list here.
Infact it just states what roms load and what not, aswell as the not tested ones.
I the last build i saw, the speed was very poor, but already shows some nice ideas. like ziped rom suport. Sound works too.
Played a lot of Puzlle Bobble in it, even it being slow.

The list has all NGPC roms, stated by GoodNGPC.

I don't believe it can be fullspeed without reworking the way the emulator works completely. Hopefully this may only be a matter of changing the timings and other things like that.
