how to code divx movies

i got doctor divx. and everytime i slect the dvd movie. i wanna ,ake in to a divx movie. it codes great the picture is great.But the sound is off my 3 or 4 secs. is there anyway to fix this? if you need more info please ask.

Yea dont be doing your movies like that. Now the reasonw hy is most dvd movies have a delay in the sound.

but well it let me use it on on any of the dc divx players? thanks for the link ive been looking for something like this.

No it won't, unless there is a xvid player out there. I'm not really sure why your sound is getting out of sync, I have used that prog before.

I use vdub, xvid, and besweet myself.

i dont know either could it be the proram im using to rip the dvd before i encode it with dr, divx?

Well if it is for using dcdivx. Juts use divx 1pass (version 5.02) and a bitrate of 700 and resolution of 352x240 and audio bitrate of 52 2400hz mp3.
I just use that for ripping my dvd's(not those settings, but that guide) plus a few other things like doing the credits seprate with a way lower bitrate. A few other things, but besides that not much else.
