is there any way to rotate a very small picture such as this:

without distorting the picture badly?

turn your monitor. uh...maybe use Photoshop?

It would help if i could see the picture... but yeah photoshop or i use corel could do that... just roate it by increments of say.. 10 degrees at a time and make those frames into a .gif.

in photshop if i rotate it it gets badly distorted cuz it's so small

can u not see it?

arcticfeather,

when you say rotate, do you mean constant rotation like my avatar? Or do you want a one time rotation like 90 degrees to the left? Should the end result still be animated?

Heres a quick test using animation shop in paint shop pro.

Its probably gonna be blurry no matter what program you use.
