I know this sounds funny asking for a specific MOD, but it deserves to be done: SHENG LONG.
Yes, we all know of the ficticious character from Street Fighter fame- and the myth/legend surrounding him. Now, can anyone create him from scratch? I have all the images that were printed by EGM (including the SF3 image) and could submit them for reference purposes. I would like to shake the hand of the person with the time and the stones to do this special MOD.

Message me if you need the pics as stated above. I anxiously await.....

dude if i knew how to make my own MOD i've would of been proud to ask for that sheng long you holding on to
