Homebrew Multitasking On GBA

Demo showing multitasking on the GBA. Here is some info from the readme:
"i'm in the process of writing a small microkernel for a small os, one of the first tasks involved that noone else has done on the gba afaik is context switching(multi task/threading).

Also it seems that yesterdays Gameboy emu GBX Player is just a hack of VisualBoy, you can test this by saving in VisualBoy and then loading that save in GBX Player, so dont bother with it.

Homebrew Quest For Al-Qa'eda

System PC - Dos (happy in a box though)

A fun little game, using the ancient build engine, in which you must hunt down and kill Osama Bin Laden. System requirements are the same as for Duke3D so its not a problem getting it to run (unless you have Windows(whats Dos?)ME.

Emulator Meka V0.62b

SG-1000/SC-3000/Sega Mark III (+ FM Unit)/SMS/GG/Colecovision/Othello Multivision emu, heres whats new:
-Sorry for the huge delay in such a minor update. I've tweaked the Z80
core a bit again to fix a little bug that I introduced myself and which
puzzled me for a while. I took the occasion also to upgrade to Marat's
latest debugger (now showing inline interrupt informations).
-Battery backed RAM is now scanned so unnecessary pages are not saved
in the .SAV file (this was previously already done, but only inside of save states).
-Added new entries to the checksum and compatibility lists.
-Updated Spanish localisation.

-Greatly improved the sound emulation
-Changed the game manual interface so that it uses Internet Explorer. This means that it can read files that you can open in your browser, for example a PDF file if you have the appropriate plug-in.
-Added an FPS counter that can be turned on or off from the Preferences screen.
-Added a button to the main toolbar to display the game's manual, if one is available.
-Added ZIP file support (note that using ZIP files is noticeably slower than not using them, and is not recommended for things like screen shots and scans)
-Added Kaillera net-play support. Using this will open up emulation in a separate pop-up window. Players can chat among one another by hitting the slash key and typing chat text.
-Improved windowed zoom mode; it now better supports DirectX zooming for more speed, and now includes 3x and full-screen zoom in addition to 2x and 4x. Zoom modes are also remembered by the program and restored on startup. When zooming to the full size of the screen, there is an option in Preferences for hiding the Windows taskbar.

I say "supposedly" because I haven't noticed a significant speedup in the few games I've tested, but hey, your mileage may vary. I suspect the speed gains aren't as significant as they've been with some of my other projects, since FooN doesn't run much code from ROM - it mostly runs from IRAM.

Neo Pocket emu, heres whats new:
-Massive compatibility improvement due to killing lots of bugs:
-Fixed a bug in LDI/LDIR/LDD/LDDR when in XIX+/XIY+ mode, it was
changing XDE/XHL instead.
-Fixed a HUGE bug in CPI/CPIR/CPD/CPDR that was causing comparisons from bogus locations and just general flawed behaviour. Stopped the hanging in "Infinity Cure" (still just a black screen though).
-Rewrote the MUL/DIV instruction set.
-Fixes "Cotton - Magical Night Dreams" - the first "playable" game!!!!
-"Manic Miner (pd)" now walks left *AND* right.
-"Neo Derby Champ" now runs with uncorrupted graphics.
-Fixed 'OR' - makes "Mines (PD)" work properly (I hope! I suck at the game so I haven't been able to test it completly)
-Hacked 'SWI' to ignore some of the bios calls that don't work too well.
This prevents a lot of lock-ups, especially those related to EEPROM functions.
-Disabled the z80 emulator, replaced it with hacks to fake it, this
stops many roms crashing the emulator. NeoPop should never crash now (I hope).
-Implemented Foreground/Background swapping. Fixes "Fatal Fury"
-Made the debugger tidier / better. Added message filters to ignore certain
errors (note: all messages off is the same as the release build - it
just blindly runs code until something breaks).
-Message filter settings aren't saved in the registry - yet.
-I've rebuilt the register dialog to use edit boxes, in preparation for
allowing direct editing of them. This feature has yet to be fully implemented.
-The register values are only shown in the stopped mode. Not while running.
-No sound is available yet. None of the roms make any noise for me to play.
-That's about it.... probably a few speed-ups etc. that I can't remember.

Emulator Visual Pinball Tech Beta 6

The only Pinball emu out there (except for the odd game in MAME, but their not true pinball really are they). Heres whats new:
-Unlike other versions, in the current full installation version the Alien Reactor table has been replaced by the Shiva engine tutorial table, making for both a smaller and a more useful download for newcomers. This means that when you uninstall, you will lose the Alien Reactor table and not get it back. For anybody that wants to use that table (to play it, learn from it, maybe you just have too much free hard drive space).

KONAMI:
-Added Bucky O'Hare.
-Fixed Zooming.
-Fixed some sprite gfx problems (2nd level boss in moo).
NEOGEO:
-In the ROMDATA folder you'll find a file 'neogeo.new'. Delete the 'neogeo.dat' and rename the .new to .dat to use the new MAME rom names. It's a good moment to remember that if you have nebula reporting missing neo-geo.rom ng-sfix.rom or ng-lo.rom, you'll need to put the neogeo.zip file (BIOS) in a roms directory (folder).
CPS1:
-Added SF2 YYC hack.
CPS2:
-If you are only seeing 2 buttons in CPS2 games delete the .dat file for that game in the CONFIG folder.
GENERAL:
-Fixed Vertical games not displaying anything.
