Why BEG for ppl to come join chat then attack & ban them when they do?

This is what I got from Xylene..wouldnt you know..the immature one here...when I joined chat to meet Excalibur to talk some things out concerning psd2...didnt type one word to the guy..got attacked..under the guise of "playing"..then when i defended myself...the OPS in the room Uzza..i believe was one...SinisterTengu..might have been in on it..cant say for sure..they granted the immature asshole the ability to BAN me...why? I dont know..just assholes I guess....great way to get ppl to join..really smart...want some very much needed advice?(gonna get it whether you want it or not..)stop beggin like whores on crack for people to join chat..when you realyl dont...then the whole thing can go down the toilet at a much quicker pace than with all the begging...

Join #dcemu
Ignore Xylene, Elmer & others from the start
Slowly move up the ranks over the months
As soon as you can kick/ban Xylene/Elmer and others, unignore them and wait 5 seconds for your first excuse to do so.

No, under current #dcemu op guidelines I was a terrible op because I:

1) Helped people who had problems with DC emulation related issues, or at least tried to without just saying "look at forums"
2) Didn't link to goatse.cx or tubgirl at every possible opportunity
3) Didn't link to slashdot on a daily basis
4) Didn't kick / ban people for 'jokes' on a daily basis
5) Didn't HOP / Voice people 'just because they'd been coming there a lot lately'
6) Didn't tell everyone who asked about emulation on DC to just buy an Xbox instead
7) Didn't spend 24 hours a day in a chatroom

Wasn't part of 'teh pwnt k1dd135 clique'

I saw what a terrible job I was doing, so resigned my SOPs - now #dcemu can be what it was always intended to be - a bunch of geeks with no-life hanging around together being 1337, reading slashdot, talking about linux, laughing at the DC and telling people to get Xboxes instead and hating on anyone who enters the room who isn't part of the clique.

I apologise unreservedly for making #dcemu the helpful to newbies room with a friendly atmosphere it once was, I will never try to do so again.

EDIT: Funny but true side note; I only went to #dcemu in the first place because 007Cheatah sent me a PM begging me to do so. I replied saying I'd rather not because I know what kind of people usually hang out in chat rooms, changed my mind and gave it a go.
So you can all blame cheatah for me ever being in there in the first place.
