Homebrew MegamanX Game?

Homebrew MegamanX Game?

I just read the Tokidoki article on the DC homebrew scene and noticed it mentioned a homebrew Megaman game.

I'm just curious as to what that is since I'm really curious to see how a homebrew sprite based game turns out, but have not seen anything about it before in the couple of months I've been visiting this site.
