Me 2 saveing is no problem 4 me.What i think is that the People haveing the saving problem either burnd the dream snes wrong,Are Stupid and dont have the inteligence to turn the outsave on OR they have falty/unlicenced/full/Dammaged or just plain buggy memory cards.

Check The setting configuration. Because I the DSNES can save just fine.
