I've only ever seen them at my local computer fair. Never picked any up though.

i 1st saw these things last month....ebay sells em all the time...some good deals to like 15 bucks for like 100 cd. so ebay it babay

At one point I believe taht the CompUSA generic ones were actually 99min, it said 80 min but people found they could be burned all the way to 99. They may still be this way but haven't heard anything of this in a while.
