X-box & PS2 dev kits released

Post by complex720 »

Has anyone read the new issue of EGM? Well anyway it has an article about a "PS2 Linux kit" coming to the US soon and a "X-box incubator program" thats coming out so indie developers can code for these machines. It has a link [http://dev.xbox.com/dev/incubator.htm] of anyone didnt know or are interested. ;)

Peace 'n Love! 8)

It should be pointed out that the Xbox incubator program isn't a software program it's effort by Microsoft to allow people that wouldn't normally have the opportunity to make a licensed game to do so...you still have to buy the fully licensed xbox dev kit and all your programs would be property of Microsoft so noithng could be freely distrubited (unless everyone had the dev kit).

You also need to be in a legitmate company.
