Those who haven't heard the cartoon network adult swim picked up futurama!! good news for those who are sad over fox's choice to dump it.

I love everything Matt Groening does. I believe that this will become part of Adult Swim, which rules.

They did, like in October or something. And it's only the reruns, no more new episodes will be produced to watch on CN.

It starts in a few weeks I think, I love that show. I wish that I was gonna get to see new eposides but oh well, I am just stuck to my Season 1 and 2 box DVD sets.

Family Guy is going to be a 4 disc box set with around 26 episodes which will rule all of the earth because Family Guy is one of the funniest shows I have ever seen.

Hehe, we have Futurama and Family Guy Series 1 and 2 over here in England

That's where my Futurama box sets came from and I also got the Family Guy season 1.

yuckymucky, how do you get the dvds to play on your player? I thought they were region 2?

Ya they are region 2, I had to flash the firmware on my computer's DVD drive to make it region free. See http://www.firmware-flash.com for all that info.

I also have a region free Sony DVD player on my TV downstairs, which is kinda cool cause I can watch them on a TV, but you can also use that DVD Region program for a PS2. I think that there is also a mod chip that allows region free playback.

Heck, we've even got Futurama box sets in Oz, where the Free to air telly has shown around half the eps, but drops them, then show about 5, then stops again... it annoys me

In BRITAIN we have Futurama Seasons 1 and 2, which actually consist of 2 and a half seasons worth of material, and Season 1 of Family Guy.

Season 2 of FG is out at the end of the month, and the next batch of Futurama's is out some time in February.

I think the reasons they're not out in the US yet is because of some wierd rule that means you have to wait five years before releasing them.

Great Britain, which can be referred to as Britain, UK, United Kingdon or 'Ol Blighty, consists of 3? seperate countries:

Wales
England
Scotland
Northern Ireland

Southern Ireland isn't technically part of the UK, but it might as well be - you couldn't tell it from anywhere in Britain.

, England, Wales, Ireland & Scotland are just localisations as az_bont pointed out. It's normally those who seek to destroy our past & belittle us who drop the Great, personally I'm all for keeping the Great.
